A: Yes. Distributors in the Philippines will receive all the benefits of USANA's seamless plan and network.
Q: What products will be available during the launch?
A: The following 8 USANA® nutritional supplement products will be available for purchase and sale:
We anticipate that each of these products, except for the Mega Antioxidant and Hepasil DTX supplements, will be the same formulation as those same products sold in the United States.
Q: Will Distributors be able to purchase other USANA products not formulated and labeled for the Philippines on a "Not for Resale" basis (i.e., for personal consumption only)?
A: No. Only those products that have been formulated and labeled for purchase and sale in the Philippines will be available for purchase and consumption in the Philippines.
Q: How can Distributors enroll?
A: A Distributor can enroll new Distributors at the office, online, by fax, or by mail. Phone applications will not be accepted.
Q: What will be the enrollment fee?
A:There is no enrollment fee. No person is required to purchase USANA products to become a Distributor. However, in order to familiarize a new Distributor with USANA, he or she is required to purchase a Business Development System (or Starter Kit) for PhP990.00, and pay a yearly renewal fee of PhP940.00 to remain a Distributor.
Q: How will commissions be paid?
A: All commissions will be paid electronically to the Distributor's bank account as indicated in the Distributor Application, and Distributors can choose to have their commissions credited to any local bank. While USANA does not charge for this service, receiving banks may assess a deposit fee, which is beyond USANA's control. USANA has, however, arranged for a special receiving-fee waiver with BDO, which will benefit Distributors who indicate this bank as their receiving bank.
Q: Will there be a Preferred Customer program in the Philippines?
A: Yes. Distributors can develop Preferred Customers.
Q: Will there be an Autoship Program in the Philippines?
A: Yes. This program is a convenient way to have your product order automatically process every 4 or 8 weeks.
Q: How will Philippine Distributors pay for their products?
A: For orders placed personally at the Makati office, USANA accepts:
For orders placed online and for Autoship orders, USANA accepts MasterCard and VISA as above. Distributors who do not have these cards may pay through the "Philippine Payment Service".
Distributors who choose to pay by check or through the Philippine Payment Service may experience a delay of one or two business days in the fulfillment of their orders, because USANA will only release products after it receives confirmation from the bank that the full amounts have been paid and transferred.
Q: What is the Philippine Payment Service?
A: This is a special arrangement USANA has made with the Union Bank of the Philippines, so that you can deposit money into USANA's bank account at any of Union Bank's branches throughout the country. After you place an order online or create an autoship order, USANA will email you the details necessary (i.e., Total payment amount, Order reference number, etc.) so that you can make the payment at a convenient branch of the bank.
Q: What facilities will be available in the Philippine office?
A: Distributors will be able to utilize a large training room with an 80-120 capacity, a small training room with a 20-30 capacity, online ordering kiosks, product displays, and a general public meeting area.*

Q: What are the prices of the products?
A: The Philippine Price List is now available to all Associates through USANAtoday. It shows the prices of the products that will be offered in the Philippines as well as the prices of the Business Building packs.
Q: How much will one Commission Volume Point (CVP) be worth in the Philippines?
A: One CVP will convert to PhP48.00. This is determined from the average US Dollar to Philippine Peso exchange rate in the past months.
Q: Who is the General Manager of USANA Philippines?
A: The General Manager is Ms. Aurora "Duday" Gaston, who will report to Mr. Bill Duncan, USANA's Executive Vice President of Australasia. Ms. Gaston comes with many years of experience in the local Direct Selling industry, and will be an asset in helping you build a successful USANA business in the Philippines.
